PROBLEM WITH GUN CONTROL

THIS APPEARS TO BE OUR PROBLEM WITH GUN CONTROL. After reading, the new gun laws required are self evident.

Columbine ~~~ Too young to vote; both families were registered Democrats and progressive liberals

Virginia Tech ~~~ Wrote hate mail to President Bush and to his staff ~ Registered Democrat

Colorado Theater ~~~ Registered Democrat; Staff worker on the Obama campaign; Occupy Wall Street participant; progressive liberal

Connecticut School Shooter- ~~~ Registered Democrat; hated Christians.

Common thread is that all of these shooters were progressive liberal Democrats. INTERESTING, isn't it?

It appears to me we should join the current hysteria and suggest the evidence shows that all registered Democrats should be confiscated.

We know who they are- ~ they're registered!

So the question is…. Why is it that progressive liberals are the ones who are taking guns to kill movie goers and children in school, yet they are the same people who want more and more gun control????

Interesting that none of the above are listed as a conservative NRA member.

Democratic Party Is a Terrorist Organization

This is an article written by da Tagliare, who is a commentator for God Father Politics.

According to the Cornell University Law School:

(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—

(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;

(B) appear to be intended—

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or

(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and

(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

Does the democratic party fit the legal definition of domestic terrorism?

Let’s look at each part of the legal definition and then make our conclusion.

(5)(A) – Is the democratic party involved in acts that are dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the US or any state?

Where do we begin?

How about immigration and their refusal to protect the US-Mexico border? When states try to take the action to protect their citizens when the feds won’t, the feds challenge the state’s rights and laws, leaving their citizens in danger of their lives.

Failing to protect US citizens by not enforcing immigration laws definitely fits this category.

What about attempting to enact illegal gun control laws?

A growing number of democrats are calling for the confiscation of all guns.

Not only is that a violation of the US Constitution, but it will lead to bloodshed and endanger many human lives.

(5)(B) – Is the democratic party guilty of trying to intimidate or coerce a civilian population or a government by intimidation or coercion?

Where do I start?

First we could start with a whole list of executive orders that Obama has used to subvert Congress and make his own laws, a number of which have been illegal and unconstitutional.

Among those was his order to allow nearly 1 million illegals to remain in the US illegally and obtain benefits and work permits. I’ll say that Bush embarrassed me by trying this, but at least he didn’t force the issue to the level that Chairman Mawbama has.

He has issued executive orders giving himself dictatorial powers in the event of a supposed emergency. I think this was actually explored in a movie. Yes… Actually, this was in a series of movies. In the beginning, the political climate was one of democracy, which turned into an empire later on. The head of state (titled Chancellor in the beginning) kept receiving more and more dictatorial powers voted to him by the Senate (only representative branch of government) due to the nature of the actual emergency, which was paramount for this Chancellor’s rise to power. He was even the head of state longer that he was supposed to (seems he was supposed to have a term limit just as Obama currently has). Turns out it was the Chancellor who started the emergency in the first place so that he could eventually become the first Emperor! On the day that he announced that he was going to reorganize the Republic into the first Empire, one senator was quoted in saying, "So this is how democracy dies… With thunderous applaud," as almost all the senators gave the new Emperor a standing ovation upon the news. So I can only wonder what "emergency" Obama will come up with in order to become a Palatine. Only time will tell…

He would have the authority to take over all forms of communication and impose military rule. Sound familiar? Same thing happened in Star Wars. Just sayin'…

Then how many times have Obama and Harry Reid threatened the Republicans that it’s their way or no way on jobs bills, the fiscal cliff and other budget matters?

They forced obamacare and the stimulus packages on us, throwing us so far into debt that there appears no way to get us out at this time.

Obama’s policies have only created more unemployment, worse economic conditions and seem to have intentionally set the US up for an economic collapse.

If you look at everything that Obama and the Democrats have done in the past four years, it appears that they have INTENTIONALLY set out to undermine the Constitution and our form of government.

They have repeatedly violated federal laws and have forced socialistic policies upon the American people.

This is a direct attack to the American form of government and way of life as established by the US Constitution.

Under obamacare, they are intimidating and coercing Christians to violated their faith with things like the contraception mandate and threat of massive fines for not complying.

They are also intimidating everyone to purchase health insurance with the threat of paying outrageous fines in the way of taxes.

They have forced the legalization of gay rights and anyone who objects, even because of their religious faith, faces lawsuits.

The Democrats have gone so far as to define anyone who says homosexuality is a sin against God is guilty of hate language and could face jail time.

I call that intimidation and coercion, don’t you?

The Democratic Party has passed law after law that condemns Christian practices, yet they openly embrace anything Islamic and defend Muslims.

Christians can’t pray in public schools, but Muslims can, for example.

The list of examples could fill a book, but I trust you understand my point.

Legally, the Democratic Party fits the definition of domestic terrorism.

Therefore, it should be outlawed and all those involved be classified as terrorists, including Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and all of the others.

They should all be arrested, tried and convicted of terrorism and then jailed for life.

Demographic problem

Below is a letter to the editor of Mountain Democrat from a Dale Kirkpatrick of El Dorado Hills. In it, he makes a valid point of the difference between an assault rifle and a sports rifle, which the liberal media and liberal hating 2nd Amendment people don’t understand. I also like that he added some demographics related to gun violence; something that I have yet to see or hear in the state supporting liberal media. And yes, I do watch CNN (Communist News Network) when I’m in the gym on the elliptical, which is three to five times a week for 30 minutes to an hour.

In response to Mr. Bado’s reasoning in eliminating 2nd Amendment rights of lawful citizens, it is nothing more than a mainstream liberal media talking point regurgitation of misinformation. A couple points, first the 2nd Amendment is a right given to us by our God in Heaven, not some fraud government. Nobody can take that away from the citizens of the United States. Second, you make the claim that your view of what an assault weapon is is clearly wrong. California does not permit assault weapons to be sold in the state of California. The weapons you mistakenly claim to be assault weapons have been modified to be nothing more than really cool looking sporting rifles. They do not have functional magazine releases, they cannot be fit with magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammo and they do not have a bayonet lug. Those are the primary characteristics of an assault weapon. The current cool looking sporting rifle you refer to is California’s number one choice for hunting and for target shooting. And they look really cool. I also see you reference Oakland and East LA. My, my, I was born in East LA in a time when it was a very safe area. My grandmother and I used to walk to Downtown LA to a drug store and enjoy their soda fountain. Those days appear to be gone forever. And for what reason? The following crime rates directly from the Chicago Police Department (murder capital of America which has outlawed guns) may shed a bit of light for the unenlightened average MSNBC Chris Matthews viewer:

• Black — 31.4 percent
• Hispanic — 32.4 percent
• Asian — 7 percent

Murders in Chicago

• White — 2.8 percent
• Black — 75 percent
• Hispanic — 21.8 percent
• Asian — 0 percent

Clearly, we in this nation do not have a gun problem, we have a demographic problem brought on by liberal policies that direct these high crime cities, fatherless families, drugs, and general lack of any quality of formal education to pull themselves out of poverty. I look at this as a complete failure of the federal government and liberal policies that keep generational welfare intact in these morally diseased areas. In closing I am providing Mr. Bado a simplified version of the Bill Of Rights granted to Americans by our Founding Fathers, and no Mr. Bado, the Constitution is not a living, breathing document. It is set in stone for a reason, and that reason is to keep people like yourself and others from modifying the true intent in the founding of the United States of America. And that includes you also, Mr. Obama.

The Bill of Rights For Simple Minds:

• 1st Amendment — We can say whatever we want and believe whatever we want, and the government has no say in it.
• 2nd Amendment — We have the right to defend ourselves from the government and criminals using firearms.
• 3rd Amendment — Soldiers and policemen can’t just bust into your house like they own the joint and crash there.
• 4th Amendment — Police can’t just search people randomly, go through their stuff, ask for their papers, and all that business. That is unless they are TSA agents (federal agency), then it’s OK.
• 5th Amendment — The government can’t just take stuff or lock people up without a trial.
• 6th Amendment — Trials have to be speedy and fair.
• 7th Amendment — People have a right to be judged by other folks who can understand them.
• 8th Amendment — Judges can’t just straight up rip people off or do cruel and unusual stuff to them.
• 9th Amendment — Just because it isn’t written down here, doesn’t mean people don’t have other rights.
• 10th Amendment — If the Constitution doesn’t say that the government can do something, it can’t do it. The people and the states have all the powers not otherwise given to the federal government. Unless your Chairman Barrack Hussein Mawbama (or one of his supporters in Congress), then this amendment doesn’t apply to you because you’re the President of the United States and YOU WON, which means you’re actually above the law, conservative morons!

We in this nation do not have a gun problem; we have a demographic problem fed by liberal, Democrat policies keeping people on their plantation.

Why the 2nd Amendment

There are those who say we need more gun control. There are even those who say no one aside of the military and police should be allowed to have guns, period! No matter what these people think, the fact still remains that in places like Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. (all places with extremely strict gun laws); gun violence is the highest in these places when compared to the rest of the United States of America. It’s a simple fact that those with evil intent in their hearts will find a way to commit evil, regards of what laws are in place to try and stop them. Besides, it’s already been proven that all the recent shootings happened in places where guns were banned. The shooters all knew that there would be no way they could be stopped before inflicting several causalities/injuries.

Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., in the wake of the Newtown, Conn., shootings, said:

"The British are not coming... We don't need all these guns to kill people."

Lewis' vision, shared by many, represents a gross ignorance of why the framers of the Constitution gave us the Second Amendment.

How about a few quotes from the period and you decide whether our Founding Fathers harbored a fear of foreign tyrants.

"The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed. If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government." - Alexander Hamilton

By the way, Hamilton is referring to what institution when he says "the representatives of the people"?

"(The Constitution preserves) the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation ... (where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." - James Madison

"What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms." - Thomas Jefferson

George Mason, author of the Virginia Bill of Rights, which inspired our Constitution's Bill of Rights, said,

"To disarm the people -- that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them."

Rep. John Lewis and like-minded people might dismiss these thoughts by saying the founders were racist anyway.

Here's a more recent quote from a card-carrying liberal, the late Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey:

"Certainly, one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms. The right of the citizen to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against the tyranny which now appears remote in America but which historically has proven to be always possible."

There's a more famous one:

"The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms. History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing."

That was Adolf Hitler.

Here's the gun grabbers' slippery-slope agenda, laid out by Nelson T. Shields, founder of Handgun Control Inc:

"We're going to have to take this one step at a time, and the first step is necessarily -- given the political realities -- going to be very modest. Right now, though, we'd be satisfied not with half a loaf but with a slice.

Our ultimate goal -- total control of handguns in the United States -- is going to take time.

The final problem is to make the possession of all handguns and all handgun ammunition -- except for the military, police, licensed security guards, licensed sporting clubs and licensed gun collectors -- totally illegal" (The New Yorker, July 1976).

There have been people who've ridiculed the protections afforded by the Second Amendment, asking what chance would citizens have against the military might of the U.S. government.

Military might isn't always the deciding factor.

Our 1776 War of Independence was against the mightiest nation on the face of the earth -- Great Britain. In Syria, the rebels are making life uncomfortable for the much-better-equipped Syrian regime.

Today's Americans are vastly better-armed than our founders, Warsaw Ghetto Jews and Syrian rebels.

There are about 300 million privately held firearms owned by Americans. That's nothing to sneeze at.

And notice that the people who support gun control are the very people who want to control and dictate our lives.

My family and I are originally from Chicago and yes, we are embarrassed by them. I used to like to tell people that I’m originally from Chicago, but since the 2008 election, I’ve been more reluctant to say so.

Body count: In the last six months 292 killed (murdered) in Chicago.

221 killed in Iraq (where EVERYBODY has a gun) AND Chicago has one of the strictest gun laws in the entire US.

Does THAT tell you anything?????
