Before I being, here's the article that started all of this.
So Iran thinks that Christians are a treat to Muslims. They think that Christians are attempting to convert Muslims, but haven't Muslims done the same to Christians? So what's the big deal, I wonder? Could it be that Muslims really aren't as tolerant as they say they are? Or is it just Ahmadinejad, who might just be a nut case after all?
I wonder what Muslims would do if we Christians started doing this to Muslims in America..... Of course I know what would happen. Islam would denounce such as action as a "hate crime" against the Muslim world and would just prove that America HATES Islam!
So now I have to ask.... Why is it like that? Is it because we're supposed to be better than that? I'd like to think so. I'd like to think that we Christians the more tolerant and that we prove it through our actions and not only our words, but.... I'm not naive enough to think that EVERY Christian thinks that way. I know that some of us see the radical Muslims as just that... radical and that they don't represent Islam as a whole, but.... I also know that there are those of us out there who don't differentiate.

Hispanic forgotten by Liberal Media
Before I start, Here's the news story that started this blog.
For all their talk about now great the Democratic party is because of this reason or that, the liberal media TOTALLY missed the fact that the very first Hispanic Governor was sworn on New Years Day! But this isn't the first time something like this has happened....
When W. Bush attempted to try to get a Hispanic male to the Supreme Court (Miguel Estrada), the Democrats were able to block his nomination because Estrada was a conservative judge. The issue???? When Obama nominated Sonia Sotomayor, the Democrats were hailed by the liberal media as being the first to try to get a Hispanic into the Supreme Court. THE FIRST!!!!!! They neglected to report that Bush had already tried, but that the Democrats rejected such a nomination. Why Sotomayor and not Estrada??? Sotomayor is well know as a very liberal judge and like Obama.... she has NO experience to the post she was appointed to! Rather, she would vote the way Obama would like her to, but I don't blame Obama for that.... VERY President does that, so there really is nothing wrong with that. The issue for me is the bias that exists within the liberal media.
So you see.... my issue with this is the bias in the liberal media and within the Democrat party itself.
I'm tried of being labeled a racists because I don't agree with Obama.... The left has been trying to like racism to the right, but... Minorities have held high positions within the Republican party, but... I guess Condalisa Rice and Colon Powell weren't black enough. I guess Miguel Estrada wasn't Hispanic enough. I guess Bobby Jindal isn't a minority. I could go on, but why bother? I'm not going to change any liberal minds because as "open minded" as they claim they are, they are anything but! I'm just trying to get something off my chest that really bothers me with some (not all) liberals.
